Jeff & Sylvia Scaldwell head up Father’s House Europe. 

Their lives have been turned upside down since God got hold of them with the revelation of His Father’s Heart for them personally, and for all of His children!

Formerly a sales and marketing director in the commercial training field, Jeff says that “now I have been given something to ‘sell’, which genuinely changes people’s lives!”  Jeff & Sylvia’s passion is to see the captives set free, to see the body of Christ grasp hold of the life-changing revelation of Father God’s unconditional love for His kids.  For them there is nothing more fulfilling and exciting than to see the lights go on in people’s eyes, as they meet with their Heavenly Father, and the revelation of His love starts to seep through into their hearts.

As we as Christians start to grasp hold of our true identity – beloved sons and daughters of our loving Heavenly Father – then we will see the world through different eyes, we will see ourselves through His eyes. Our identity, our worth and our value comes from our relationship with our Father, who designed and planned us from the very beginning, and whose passionate desire is to have a vibrant, exciting and intimate relationship with His children.

Our Heavenly Father does not want an army of slaves and servants - burnt-out workers who have sacrificed their lives and their families working for Him.  He wants a family of passionate children who love being with Him and have given up their lives to the pursuit of an intimate relationship with their Heavenly Dad!!

The mission of Father’s House Europe, therefore, is a simple one  - to carry the revelation of the Father Heart of God to a lost and fatherless continent; to every country, every city, and every church in Europe.

Our Spiritual Family

Our God is a God of family!  He is first and foremost a father. That has always been His desire.
[Jeremiah 3:19 – “I had thought you would call me Father and not turn away from following me.”].

He is not interested in church structures, denominations, organisations – He wants His church to become family, built on relationships.  Parents, grandparents passing on their spiritual inheritance, sharing with their kids the revelation of who God really is and how much He loves them. Spiritual parents raising up spiritual children, who in turn grow to become spiritual parents themselves, and so Father’s worldwide family grows – a healthy vibrant community of God’s beloved children. 

So, we ourselves have spiritual parents – James & Denise Jordan in New Zealand; and Dennis & Katie Wiedrick in Canada.  As we have walked with them, got to know them, learned from them, and come under their ministries, so our relationship has developed into one of spiritual parents and spiritual children. They have shared their lives with us, imparting and passing on all that Father has imparted and revealed to them, revealing to us a God we never knew, and showing us our true identity as a beloved son and daughter of our wonderful Heavenly Father.

And so, as we have pursued our Dad, with the help of our spiritual parents, so we have in turn become spiritual parents to our growing family of spiritual children all over Europe. And our joy is to see them grow in the revelation of Father’s love for them, to see them become secure, whole, healthy Christians, secure in the knowledge that they are loved and valued by their Heavenly Father.

How are we taking this revelation to the nations?

Conferences & Seminars

Father’s House Europe run conferences and seminars throughout Europe. 

These events introduce people to the whole teaching and revelation of the Father Heart of God. Subjects include:

!n 2006 Father took us into the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, Scotland, the United States and various parts of the UK to run conferences.  

Schools & Retreats

We also love to do longer events – week-long schools and retreats, where we can take groups away from the daily hustle and bustle of life and immerse them in the revelation of Father’s love for them.  It is more like going to a health farm for a week, rather than attending a conference – but this time your spiritual health will be restored, nurtured, and reinvigorated!

In 2006 we supported James & Denise Jordan in teaching schools in England, Scotland and Norway, as well as delivering schools ourselves in Germany and the Ukraine.

Apostolic Input & Support

We provide apostolic input and support to churches and leadership teams throughout Europe, helping them to apply the revelation of the Father’s heart to the building of churches according to God’s model and principles, where churches become families with spiritual parents raising healthy and secure spiritual sons and daughters, who grow to become healthy spiritual parents themselves.

But it is Father who opens the doors……..

In obedience to clear prophetic words from our Father, we do not attempt to open any doors or try to get ourselves invited anywhere!!  He told us that He would open the doors, and that we were to keep our hands in our pockets and wait for Him to show us which doors to walk through!! 

So… we have no brochures or promotional literature and we do not do promotional mailings! 

This website is not in any way an exercise in self-promotion!!  It is simply a response to the many requests from our friends and family and the many hungry people, who want to know what is happening and where, and who want to be involved with all of the exciting things that our precious Father is doing in these days, and who also want to know how they can support Father’s House Europe.
